I walked into my first trial at 19 years old. I had never been in a courtroom.
I learned in real time, under pressure, in front of judges and juries (ask me about my first trial and my cell phone ringing during voir dire, I didn’t even know what voir dire was!).
How cases are tried. How juries are spoken to. How evidence is presented. How witnesses are prepared.
I’ve kept up with all of it. There hasn’t been a month since 1999 where we haven’t been in trial. Not watching from the outside. I’m that guy in the back, part of the trial team.
Litigation Dynamics was my first company. As we expanded into court reporting, video depositions, and litigation support, the name changed.
